I’m Indi, a psychotherapist who came to this work after a significant personal and professional transition, an experience that deepened my belief in the importance of being truly heard and accepted for who we are. I am very interested in the context that we find ourselves in, in this day and age, where there are growing numbers around mental health, that demonstrate a downwards trajectory in how people are feeling about the world, others and themselves. I work with the understanding that many of the struggles people carry are not signs of individual failure, but responses shaped by personal history, relationships, and the broader social and cultural context we live within. My role is to create a thoughtful, non-judgmental space where we can explore these layers together, supporting you to reconnect with your own inner wisdom, agency, and sense of direction.

As an integrative therapist, I draw from ACT, Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and Creative Therapies. I do not subscribe to rigid models; instead, I tailor the work to you. I listen deeply and trust that you hold wisdom within and my role is to help you access and strengthen it.

I have a background across counselling and psychotherapy and a previous professional life in communications and marketing, This gives me a nuanced understanding of identity, performance, and contemporary social pressures.
