Yes. Choosing a therapist can feel overwhelming. If you’re unsure who might be the best fit, you’re welcome to contact us. We can help you think through what you’re looking for and gently guide you toward someone suitable.
The first session is about getting to know one another. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll explore what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to you right now. It’s also an opportunity for you to see how the space feels.
Our psychotherapists do not offer Medicare rebates under a Mental Health Care Plan.
Psychologists, however, are eligible to provide Medicare rebates through a GP-issued Mental Health Care Plan (currently up to 6 sessions per calendar year).
We understand that cost is an important consideration. Our approach is depth-oriented and relational, often supporting longer-term, integrative work rather than short-term symptom management. Many clients choose psychotherapy because they are seeking space for deeper exploration and sustained change beyond a limited number of sessions.

Yes. Many of our clinicians offer both in-person sessions in Elsternwick and online sessions for those who prefer or require flexibility.
Yes. All sessions are confidential within professional and legal guidelines. Your privacy and safety are central to the therapeutic relationship.
It’s completely normal to feel hesitant. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable. You don’t need to arrive feeling ready – you can arrive feeling unsure. That’s welcome here too.
