GROUP Therapy

Group therapy offers a supportive environment where people come together to explore shared experiences under the guidance of a therapist.

It recognises that connection, understanding, and healing often occur in relationship with others.

Within the group space, participants are invited to share, listen, and reflect in ways that feel safe and contained. The group becomes a place to learn from one another, explore patterns in relationships, and develop new perspectives through shared insight and mutual support. Group therapy can help us see ourselves through the eyes of others helping us gain a deeper understanding of ourselves.

Group therapy can reduce feelings of isolation, build confidence in relating to others, and foster a strong sense of belonging. Many people find that being witnessed and understood within a group deepens self-awareness and supports meaningful personal growth.

Groups vary in focus and structure and are facilitated by experienced clinicians. Groups vary from women’s, mixed, grief and loss, motherhood, art and many more. Pleas enquirer if you would like more information.
