Shoshana Blagin

Psychologist

WELCOME

I’m Shoshana, a psychologist with a curious mind and a love for learning. My professional curiosity has always centred on the relationship between mind, brain, and self – and how our lived experiences shape both our psychological patterns and physical wellbeing. I take an integrative approach that honours the complexity of each individual, supporting clients to process their narratives, strengthen internal resources, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

Areas I Specialise In

  • Trauma and somatic symptoms
  • Chronic pain and health-related conditions
  • Parenting support and co-regulation
  • Child and adolescent therapy
  • Emotional integration and parts work

Who I Work Best With

I work with families, children, adolescents, adults and parents seeking depth-oriented and integrative psychological support.

My Clinical Philosophy

I prioritise comprehensive assessment and collaborative formulation. I integrate parts work, mind–body approaches, and creative modalities including art, movement and play when appropriate. I am also interested in supporting parents to navigate universal parenting challenges and teach co-regulation techniques in order to deepen the connection bond with their children.

Professional Background

I have over 14 years’ experience across public mental health (community and CATT teams), neuropsychology, pain clinics, and private practice.

Individual Therapy
