WELCOME
I’m Elizabeth, a therapist passionate about helping people reconnect with their spark, purpose, and inner harmony. My work centres on Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic attachment approaches, grounded in the understanding that many of our struggles are carried by parts of us that once helped us survive. I am deeply interested in how trauma lives in the body and how creating safety within the nervous system can open the door to profound and sustainable change. Therapy with me is collaborative, paced, and attuned to your unique needs and capacity.
Areas I Specialise In
- Depression and anxiety
- Relationship challenges and divorce
- Burnout and stress
- Trauma and nervous system dysregulation
- Purpose and identity exploration
Who I Work Best With
I work with adults seeking depth-oriented therapy through IFS and somatic attachment frameworks, particularly those ready to explore the parts of themselves that feel conflicted, burdened, or stuck.
My Clinical Philosophy
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and nervous system awareness, supporting you to build internal safety and greater harmony between your parts.
